Yoga Garden SF is located at 286 Divisadero Street, between Haight and Page Streets.

We are four easy blocks from the N Judah stop at Duboce Park, and we are less than one block from the following Muni Bus lines: 24 Divisadero, 6 Parnassus, 7 Haight, 66 Quintara, 71 and 71L Noriega. Visit Transit 511 for schedules, maps and routes.

About 286 Divisadero

After seven years on the corner of 18th and Douglass Streets, moving to a new San Francisco neighborhood was no small decision. But this building was a perfect home for our teaching practice. Originally built as a Victorian home in the 1880's, it has been extensively modified over the century and it has a rich history of interesting uses. It served as a Dominican chapel for over 30 years, it was a jazz club in the 30s, and it was the birthplace and home of KQED 88.5 FM starting in 1969. It has also been a recording studio and an office building until its current use as private home and yoga school.
